Depending on the type of airbag and customer requirements, Zodiac will use any combination of sewing and bonding to produce an optimized design-to-cost airbag cushion solution.

Zodiac has developped a bonded rollover curtain which meets all current industry requirements including package size, airbag pressure and inflation duration. This rollover curtain has the necessary cushioning for primary and secondary impact, and adequate tensioning for occupant retention and containment in a rollover event.
