From our silicone coating, we've developed a bonding material that can help simplify airbag manufacture while reducing overall cost. With the bonding reinforcement, we can address stress and heat at key areas of the airbag without the addition of multiple layers and shield material.

When it comes to venting an airbag, Zodiac uses silicone-based vent membranes. Depending on the pressure in a given airbag, the vent membrane can be adjusted by thickness, elasticity, and diameter.
