Design and Development

Zodiac Automotive uses the skills and capacities of its engineering offices, testing capabilities and on-site laboratories to develop, test and validate its materials and airbag cushions.

After prototype cushions are built, we begin by conducting various types of testing to improve bag integrity, reliability, repeatability and overall quality.

Once a product has gone through concept, design and production validation stages of the development process it is ready to be produced on the actual manufacturing line.
